Apple Ginger Toddy with Vodka

This bright, fruity drink is perfect for the holidays. With a healthy dose of festive pomegranate juice, mint and lemon, this aperitif pairs well with cheese plates, dips and other holiday party fare. Cheers.
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Zodiac Black Cherry Vodka
- .5 ounce Orange Liqueur
- 2 ounces pomegranate juice
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 lemon wedge
- 2 ounces lemon-lime soda
- mint sprigs
Preparation
Combine Zodiac Black Cherry Vodka, orange liqueur, pomegranate juice, 6 mint leaves and squeezed lemon juice. Shake and strain into a glass over ice. Top with 2 ounces (1/4 cup) lemon-lime soda. Garnish with mint.
