Ingredients
- 3/4 pound butter, melted
- 1/2 pound onion, diced
- 1/2 pound celery, diced
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1/4 cup meat seasoning
- 2 tablespoons minced thyme
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 1/2 pounds pecans, chopped
- 1 gallon crumbled cornbread
- 3/4 cup minced parsley
- 1 cup chopped green onion
Preparation
Sautee vegetables.
Add seasoning and pecans. Cook until brown.
Add stock and bread herbs. Let cool. Add stuffing and bake.
