Pasta with Arugula Pesto and Burrata

We love cool creamy burrata cheese with zesty, garlicky pesto, particularly this arugula pesto, peppery with fresh in season arugula.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups short dry pasta
    • arugula pesto
    • 6 ounces burrata cheese
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving a bit of cooking water. Toss pasta with arugula pesto, and reserved cooking water. Top with  chunks of burrata cheese. Drizzle with olive oil, if desired.
