Josephine's Hot Chocolate

The search for the perfect, silky hot chocolate has just ended…with Pastry Chef Kayla May’s of Josephine. We have her recipe, as well as the recipe for the graham crackers that are the perfect accompaniment. Enjoy. 

    Ingredients

    • 2 cupswhole milk
    • 3/4 cupchopped dark chocolate
    • 1/4 cupdark brown sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoonvanilla extract
    • pinchsalt

    1. Chop chocolate and combine with sugar, vanilla, and salt in a medium bowl. 
    2. Bring milk to a boil and immediately pour over chocolate. Let everything sit for 60 seconds then whisk everything together until smooth. 
    3. Pour into tea pot to keep warm and serve with marshmallows, peppermint bark, and graham crackers.
