Garlic White Bean Feta Dip

White beans, garlic, and feta are whirled until creamy. Perfect when served with crisp vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 cups cooked white beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 ounces feta cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Place garlic in bowl of food processor. Pulse until chopped. Add white beans and olive oil and and blend until creamy. Add feta cheese and process until light and creamy, adding water if needed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2.  Serve with crisp vegetables like radishes, jicama, carrots, and red bell peppers.
