Ingredients
- 2 fistfuls fresh mint leaves
- 5 ice cream scoops Jeni's Frose Sorbet
- 1 (750 ml) bottle sparkling wine of Prosecco
- 5 ounces bourbon
- 1 cup sparkling water
Preparation
1. "Spank" the mint by clapping one leaf at a time between your hands (this brings out the flavor). 2. Place in 32 ounce pitcher. 3. Add Jeni's Frose Sorbet. 4. Top with bourbon, sparkling wine, and soda. 5. Stir. 6. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
