This ice cream is easy. It uses no eggs. Just place the ingredients in your ice cream maker and turn it on.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries (blended, or cut small)
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Dash of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and freeze in an ice cream machine according to the manufacturer’s directions.
