Country Ham Spread

These easy savory mini ham biscuits are great for snacks and parties. Their classic southern charm makes them loved by all.

    Ingredients

    • 1 ½ cups center cut slices country ham
    • 2 tablespoons Coca-Cola
    • 2 tablespoons spicy or honey mustard
    • 1 teaspoon chopped onion

    By the way, add black coffee to the skillet with the ham instead of Coco-Cola and you’ll have Red Eye Gravy. Serve with biscuits to sop it up of course.

    1. Heat ham slices in an iron skillet 2 minutes per side. Add 2 tablespoons Coca-Cola and cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

    2. Place ham, mustard, and onion in food processor and pulse until mixture is a spreadable consistency. Serve on bite-size biscuits.
