This cocktail, created by Corsair Distillery’s front-of-house manager Joe Dougherty, was all the rage at our Spring Farm Dinner at McKinney Farm in Franklin.
Ingredients
2 ouncesCorsair Barreled Gin
1 ouncefresh watermelon juice
3⁄4 ounce (3 tablespoons)fresh lime juice
1⁄2 ounceMint Simple Syrup
1–2 dashScrappy’s Fire Tincture bitters
2 cupssugar
2 cupshot water
1⁄4 cuptorn mint leaves

Mix together until dissolved and let sit overnight. Strain out mint leaves the next day and enjoy!

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain over fresh ice. Garnish with lime and fresh mint.
