Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Coopers' Craft Bourbon
- 1/2 ounce butterscotch schnapps
- 2 ounces cream soda or cola concentrate
- 1 cup ice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-4 dashes chicory bitters (El Guapo or bartender's choice)
Instructions
Place bourbon, schnapps, soda concentrate, vanilla extract, and ice in blender; blend for 15 seconds or until very smooth texture is reached. Pour into your favorite glassware and top with two dashes of bitters. Serve with a metal straw.
