Chili Lime Queso

This recipe comes from Green Door Gourmet. It is so simple and delicious, you’ll never go back to the ol’ Velveeta and Rotel dip again!

Ingredients

1 small packagequeso fresco cheese

4 ozcream cheese

¾ cupmilk

1 ½ tspJM Thomason Chili Lime seasoning

½ cupGreen Door Gourmet Cajun Candy (Candied Jalapeno and Onion Pickles)

Preparation

1. Combine first three ingredients in a saucepan. Melt over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes together with a creamy texture.

2. Puree Cajun Candy, set aside.

3. Add in JM Thomason Chili Lime seasoning and pureed Green Door Gourmet Cajun Candy. Stir to combine. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or pepper slices.
