Ingredients
- 1 small package queso fresco cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 ½ tsp JM Thomason Chili Lime seasoning
- ½ cup Green Door Gourmet Cajun Candy (Candied Jalapeno and Onion Pickles)
Preparation
1. Combine first three ingredients in a saucepan. Melt over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes together with a creamy texture.
2. Puree Cajun Candy, set aside.
3. Add in JM Thomason Chili Lime seasoning and pureed Green Door Gourmet Cajun Candy. Stir to combine. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or pepper slices.
