Ingredients
SERVINGS: 6 servings
- 3 cups cooked carrots, mashed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 eggs, beaten
- cinnamon
Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
2. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and cover. Bake at 400ºF for 15 minutes.
3. Remove cover, lower heat to 350ºF, and cook for 45 more minutes.
