Bourbon Chai Mule Cocktail

This cocktail is Tennessee’s take on Manhattan’s iconic Moscow Mule, featuring bourbon and chai.

    Ingredients

    • 2 partsfirepot chai
    • 1.5 partsbourbon
    • 1 partginger beer
    • 1 partsoda water
    • fresh thyme

    Preparation

    In a glass, combine chai, bourbon, ginger beer and soda water.

    Add ice and garnish with thyme.

    Serve it in a copper mug for more authenticity.
