Preparation
Combine 1 cup sugar 2-3 cups chopped strawberries, blueberries, peaches or apples, and let macerate in fridge 2 hours Combine 2 eggs 2 cups self-rising flour 2 cups milk and 1 cup sugar, mix well Melt 1 stick butter in a shallow baking dish Top with batter and then fruit Bake 40 minutes or until everything “turns upsidedown.”
