Spiced Pear Flip

Perhaps you’re like my dad and you look forward to your carton of eggnog every year. To that, I say – live your best life. But if you’re like me and the eggnog situation is homemade or bust, please accept this delightful take on a flip.

A flip is a cocktail that uses a whole egg or egg yolk. In this case, the whole egg creates a festive, frothy, nog-like beverage yet so light you’ll find yourself going back for seconds and thirds like Clark Griswold.
