Roasted Radishes

This simple seasonal recipe is from Chef Charles Hunter III of The Salted Table Co., a private chef catering company.

    Ingredients

    • 2 pounds baby spring radishes
    • 2 tablespoon sextra-virgin olive oil
    • salt and pepper

    1. Preheat oven to 400F. Combine olive oil and radishes in a roasting pan.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 30-40 minutes or until radishes are tender. Serve with olives, biscuits and sweet potato jam.
