We have partnered with Hendrick’s Gin on many events as big fans of their gin, but we are always impressed with energy and cocktail recipes they bring to the table. For our first Mini Farm Dinner on Saturday, July 11th, they presented “Gin Palace,” a simple and refreshing cocktail featuring traditional Hendrick’s Gin that’s sure to beat the summer heat.
1. Add gin and cucumbers to mixing glass and gently muddle. Add grapefruit juice, mint leaves, and ice. Stir. Pour directly into Collins glass.
2. Add more ice to glass and top with sparkling water. Garnish with sprig of fresh mint.
