No knead Pizza Dough
Pesto
2-3 ears fresh sweet corn
4 ounces fresh mozzarella
4 ounces Parmigiana Reggiano cheese, grates
Fresh basil leaves
sat and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 F. Cut corn from cobs. Press pizza dough out into a 10-inch circle on a pizza pan. Top with pesto, fresh corn, mozzarealla, basil and Parmigiana cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until bubbly and browned.
