1.5 oz.Angels Envy Bourbon

.5 oz.Poire Williams pear liqueur

.5 oz.maple simple syrup

.75 oz.fresh lemon juice

3 dasheswalnut bitters

½egg white

1. Shake and serve over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with pear fan, lemon twist, and cinnamon dust.
