Bobby's Go-To

This recipe comes from the Tavern at Bobby. Bobby’s Go-To is a great choice year-round, but with Chattanooga Reserve whiskey, maple syrup, and cardamom, you’ll prefer to drink this cocktail when the temperatures are below 40°F.

    Ingredients

    • 1 ounceChattanooga Reserve
    • 1 ounceCocchi Torino Vermouth
    • 3/4 ouncelemon juice
    • 1/4 ouncemaple syrup
    • 1 dashcardamom bitters
    • 2 dasheslavender bitters
    • 1 cubehighball ice
    • lemon peel, to garnish

    1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Chattanooga Reserve, Cocchi Torino Vermouth, lemon juice, maple syrup, cardamom bitters, and lavendar bitters. Shake well. 

    2. Strain and pour over a single rocks glass with highball ice. Garnish with lemon peel.
