This recipe comes from the Tavern at Bobby. Bobby’s Go-To is a great choice year-round, but with Chattanooga Reserve whiskey, maple syrup, and cardamom, you’ll prefer to drink this cocktail when the temperatures are below 40°F.
Ingredients
1 ounceChattanooga Reserve
1 ounceCocchi Torino Vermouth
3/4 ouncelemon juice
1/4 ouncemaple syrup
1 dashcardamom bitters
2 dasheslavender bitters
1 cubehighball ice
lemon peel, to garnish

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Chattanooga Reserve, Cocchi Torino Vermouth, lemon juice, maple syrup, cardamom bitters, and lavendar bitters. Shake well.
2. Strain and pour over a single rocks glass with highball ice. Garnish with lemon peel.
