On Wednesday, January 14, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., TEDx is hosting “TEDx Tastings” at Butcher & Bee. It’s called “The Geography of Flavor,” featuring Chef Chris Dejesus—an intimate five-course dinner exploring how awareness of place and time transforms food into philosophy.
