From 4 to 6 p.m., on Sunday, June 22, gather with the community for a masterclass from local chef Hal Holden-Bache from Lockeland Table. In this farm-to-table cooking class, they will use ingredients from West Glow Farm to make a meal to share at the end of the class.
Oh, and it’s a BYOB event.

Small tomato Caprese salad with a demonstration for how to make fresh mozzarella. Also served with fresh basil, mineral-rich salt, fresh black pepper, extra-virgin olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
Roasted zucchini lasagna with local ground beef Bolognese, a demonstration for how to make fresh ricotta, and topped with fresh herbs from the farm.
