Salt & Vine Knows the Way to Your Heart this Valentine’s Day
Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and the most romantic night of the year must come equipped with great food and wine. This holiday, Salt & Vine is sticking to the motto that the “quickest way to the heart is through the stomach” by offering a savory and satisfying 3-course tasting menu.
The menu will be offered at $50 per person and will include:
First Course
Sweet potato bisque, coconut curry, crispy chickpeas, lime creme OR Lime shrimp ceviche, shredded coconut crisps, asian pear salsa
Second Course
Charred broccolini, lotus root crisps, hazelnut, pomegranate, smoked scallion crema OR Grilled frisée, crispy lemon rounds, polenta, bonito flakes, bellavitano, lemon black pepper vin
Third Course
Sesame crusted steak, bok choy, shaved veggies, soy broth, mixed herbs OR Seared scallops, middle eastern grains, turmeric spiced crema, cilantro, mint
For an extra $25 per person, you can add on a wine pairing carefully crafted by owner and sommelier Mattie Jackson. A surprise sweet treat created by the Chef will be served as the finale for all lovebirds to enjoy!
