The Harpeth Hotel is hosting a Paella and Wine Tasting dinner experience in the courtyard on October 12 from 4 to 6 p.m.  Guests will watch and learn as Executive Chef Thomas Tuggle demonstrates two styles of paella: Tennessee-inspired Paella Valencia and Seafood Paella.

He and his team will showcase the process and share their techniques and tips on how to cook the iconic dish. Also, throughout the evening, the team will pour wines and will guide guests through how each one complements the bold flavors of the paella.  

After the demonstration, guests can indulge in the paella fresh from the pan while sipping great wine in The Harpeth’s gorgeous courtyard.
