Oysters+Sake class
Join James Beard Award-winning author, Erin Byers Murray along with chefs Jess Benefield and Trey Burnette at The Green Pheasant for an evening of oysters and sake on Tuesday, June 25 from 6:00-8:00pm.
Erin will be joined by Tennessee's only Sake Sommelier (kikisake-shi), The Green Pheasant's own Kynsey Hunter, to provide an in-depth view into the secret world of sake and oysters. Guests will sip and slurp away as they sample six premium sakes + six special varieties of oysters (prepared 2 ways; one dozen oysters per guest) and learn about everyone's favorite bivalve. Signed copies of Erin's award-winning book, Shucked: Life on a New England Oyster Farm, will also be available for sale during the event.
Validated self-parking in attached 222 building garage is available for up to 2.5 hours for $5. Valet also available. The Green Pheasant is located at 215 1st. Ave. S., Nashville, TN.
