For those who don't know, the story of Red Perch in Nashville started several years ago with the owner growing up in Mom's restaurant. Since Mom will be in town for the holidays, cooking is a must.

Taking place November 20th and 21st from 11 am to 2:30 pm and serving:
Chicken Adobo - braised chicken in soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic
Beef Steak - cooked in a soy and lemon sauce with sauteed onions
Pancit - rice noodles cooked with vegetables, chicken, and shrimp
Vegetable or Pork Lumpias
Leche Flan - creme caramel
