Healing in the Holidays
Healing in the Margins is thrilled to announce its annual signature benefit, Healing in the Holidays, scheduled for Saturday, December 7, at Riverside Revival. Co-chaired by Brynn Plummer and Nicholas Gulick, this year’s event will celebrate the power of community and compassion in supporting equitable healthcare, mental health resources, and essential services for marginalized and often overlooked populations.
This year’s Healing in the Holidays will offer an inspiring evening filled with joy, connection, and purpose, featuring an impactful program designed to foster community spirit. Highlights include live performances from Kyshona, Katie Pruitt, and Madeline Finn; a silent auction featuring exclusive items; and moving testimonials from individuals who have directly benefited from Healing in the Margins’ vital services.
Healing in the Margins is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves a fair chance to live a
healthy, fulfilled life, regardless of their background or circumstances. Through a variety of
health, wellness, and support programs, the organization focuses on bridging the gaps in care
for underserved individuals and communities.

Proceeds from Healing in the Holidays will support a broad range of Healing in the Margins programs, including therapy funds for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, advanced trauma training, and the Rooted + Free youth psychoeducation program. These initiatives along with other programs are critical in ensuring that marginalized communities receive the comprehensive care and support they need year-round.
