In this interactive cooking class taking place at The Kitchen Studio at 11W, you'll learn how to make proper roux, what the "holy trinity of Cajun cooking" is and how to love okra. Edible Chef Skylar Bush will teach this fun coarse. Roll up your sleeves and cook if you want, or sip a glass of wine and watch and learn. Offered in conjunction with the USN Continuing Education Series.
