Forget BBQ sauce-slathered ribs and beer can chicken (OK, yes, we do enjoy that as well.) Get ready to kick grilling up a notch with Matt Moore and exciting meals like grilled pork chops and figs with saba.

Matt comes from a long line of coal-tenders and his tips create the perfect how-to manual for firing up the grill and maintaining it during and after you cook. Matt wanted to know the secrets of some of his favorite chefs and restaurants, so he jumped aboard his Cessna and spent 2018 visiting folks of every ilk grilling food that is legend in their town and that you can make at home.

The secrets and recipes in Serial Griller show us a gutsy side of grilling with vibrant global flavors and new tastes to try.  Let’s get grillin’.
