Beau Gaultier, Trovador Inspirado
Ingredients:
2 oz Trovador Silver Rum
.75 oz lime juice
.75 oz simply syrup
5-7 fresh mint leaves
Soda water
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker (including mint) with ice, shake until chilled. Strain into a collins glass with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with more fresh mint.
