With the season of entertaining upon us, you need a good drink. Whether it’s for yourself, a gathering for a party, or a night out in Nashville.

Our fall farm dinner at Breeden’s Orchard featured this highly sippable cocktail, happily poured out of large glass pitchers into glowing amber glassware for a stroll through the trees. It’s easy to make ahead of time and perfect for any get together.

When you need to get out of the house or show visitors a grand time around the town, here are 5 places crafting some knockout season-admiring drinks sure to please anyone’s palate that I, for one, will be pulling up a barstool at. Cheers!

out on the town

Sinema – Greyest of Blue Skies, by Roger Dean Miller

Roger slings a mean drink and this unique play on a tea cocktail is no exception. Each silky, herbaceous sip makes you feel like you’re strolling through the chilly streets of London.

The Fox Bar & Cocktail Club – Concord Grape Margarita

Though a margarita isn’t exactly a ‘go-to’ once the weather cools off, this one might just change your mind. With the addition of tart grape and St. George’s decadent spiced pear liqueur, this marg will carry you right on into the holiday season.

Moto – Sweater Weather, by AJ Netherland

As soon as someone describes a drink as ‘it tastes like pumpkin pie,’ I order something else. But I’m glad AJ twisted my arm on this one. Sweater Weather has all the fall holiday notes you crave, but is light, refreshing, and makes you wanna snuggle.

O-ku – The Takeko, by Kala Ellis

Kala is a bartending badass. The Takeko is the perfect drink for the fall season. With the bold heat of ginger and mild nutty undertone from the sherry, she hits the nail on the head. The use of a rice- based gin mingles harmoniously with tangy yuzu and the bubbles on top lift and magnify every flavor.

Café Roze – Return to the Root, Kalaway Voss

Another lady slaying the cocktail game right now is Kalaway Voss and this drink was everything I was hoping it would be. It is all at once spicy, bitter-sweet, and creamy dreamy. Though the ingredients might look confusing or intimidating, it’s not! We’ve got the recipe to impress all your party guests.
