A Night in Paros (Greece)

This recipe comes to us from the Pont Neuf, a floral shop meets soirée-centric bar, located in the L&L building on Charlotte. Owned by Mattie Bush-Martin and Taylor Martin of Amelia’s Flowers. the bar features flower-inspired cocktails focused on a selection of spritzes, wines by the glass and bottle, craft beer, non-alcoholic beverages and light bites.

Combine the vermouth, olive brine, and sparkling wine in a wine glass, add ice, and then top it off with club soda. Then, garnish with an olive and an orange slice.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces of Blanc Vermouth
  • 2 ounces of sparkling wine
  • 0.5 ounce of olive brine
  • Club soda
  • Olive & orange slice (for garnish)
