Hibiscus Margarita


We served this refreshing margarita (courtesy of Southbound Tequila, founded by Nashvillian Ivey Childers), at our Spring Farm Dinner

1  ounce fresh lime juice

¼  ounce light blue agave

3  ounces Southbound Blanco Tequila

1  ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

1 ½  ounces hibiscus tea (brewed with a hibiscus tea bag)

  1. Brew tea and let steep. Combine lime juice, agave, liqueur, tequila and tea in a glass. Shake with ice. Strain and pour into a cocktail glass of your choice. Garnish with hibiscus flower or lime. Serves 2.
