The Forest Mushroom "Bowl" starts with a Ginger Lemongrass Trinity, followed by shiitake and oyster mushrooms in a sherry vinaigrette, topped off with rotisserie chicken.
The inside of EiO & The Hive combines comfy couches and chairs with community tables and cozy banquettes. Plants in macrame holders hang from the ceiling. The 70's are back.
EiO Owner, Jennifer Masley is dedicated to eating healthy (as well as yoga, running and spiritual health). She has a number of juice bars in Michigan. EiO & the Hive is her first full restaurant in Nashville.
In addition to the plant hangers, macrame or yarn wall hangings can be found in the hallway outside of the restrooms.
