Kyuramen is Now Open in Nashville (MENU HIGHLIGHTS)

On Monday, July 21, Kyuramen opened its doors at 820 4th Ave. N, Suite 135—right behind the outfield of First Horizon Park, where the Nashville Sounds play. The location, tucked inside the new Starling complex in Germantown, is one of two Tennessee openings for the New York-based restaurant (the other restaurant is set to open in Knoxville).

Kyuramen first opened back in 2019 and, over the past few years, built its reputation on its deep, flavorful broths that are slow-cooked for 18 hours. The team behind the diverse menu—like the bestselling Tokyo Tonkotsu Shoyu and signature Honeycomb Platter—has been busy in the last six years. There are more than 40 restaurants now, and they don’t seem to be slowing down.

Meanwhile, here in Nashville, they’re calling it their new “Kyuramen 2.0” concept, which comes equipped with modern Japanese aesthetics and decorations, and a “social ambiance perfect for friends, families, and dates.”
