Take a Look at Dolly Parton’s New Wine Bar in Downtown Nashville

Dolly Parton’s new wine bar is officially open inside Assembly Food Hall in downtown Nashville (5055 Broadway). The space debuted on August 1, bringing Dolly’s line of easy-drinking wines right into the heart of Music City.
Wander up the escalator and you’ll find the bar tucked among more than 30 food and drink spots inside the hall, but it’s hard to miss thanks to the glowing blue lights and a massive photo of Dolly herself holding one of her signature bottles.

There’s a long bar top if you want to post up for a glass—or just snap a photo with the Queen of Country watching over you.
The wine lineup started with a California Chardonnay when Dolly Wines first launched in 2024, but the selection’s grown to include reds, whites, and sparkling options. The whole brand leans into Dolly’s vibe.
The project is a collaboration between Parton Family Cellars and Accolade Wines, and it’s clear they’re leaning into the idea that wine doesn’t have to be fussy to be good. As the official description puts it: “easy-drinking, light-hearted, and vibrant.”
If you’re heading downtown anytime soon, it might be worth stopping in for a glass.
