Stay Hydrated: Smoothies, Waters and Mocktails

I’ve never felt the need to do “Dry January”, but lots of folks do. And kudos to them. Whether you’re resetting your relationship with alcohol, or simply trying new things for a healthier you, you’re going to need some new beverages.
