Begin with a silky truffle cauliflower velouté drizzled with herb oil, followed by a vibrant beet carpaccio layered with whipped goat cheese, toasted pistachio, and bright orange zest. The evening’s centerpiece features tender pork osso bucco served over creamy polenta with braised vegetables. Finish on a warm, elegant note with mulled wine poached pear and orange-scented mascarpone.
