Ingredients
4-5 largejuicy heirloom tomatoes, cored
2 cupsseedless watermelon chunks
1/2 largecucumber, peeled
1/2red bell or banana pepper
1/2 smallred onion, cut in half
1/2 smalljalapeno, seeds removed (optional)
2 tablespoonssherry vinegar
1/2 teaspoonkosher salt
1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil

1. Combine the ingredients except the vinegar and oil in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add vinegar, salt and oil and blend again. Makes 8 cups.
