Singing Dixie Strawberry Lemonade Cocktail

Sweet and refreshing, this cocktail by Dixie Vodka was a treat to have at our July 21 Edible Farm Dinner. Dixie Vodka is an independent, American-made craft spirit with roots in the New South renaissance. Their distilling process places emphasis on qualities similar to that of a true Southerner: an appreciation for craftsmanship and taking time to do things right, but never slowing down. Ingredients

twostrawberries, hulled and quartered

1 ounceDixie Southern Vodka

.5 ouncesDixie Mint Vodka

.25 ouncesElderflower liqueur

lemonade

Preparation

Muddle strawberries. Add southern and mint vodkas and elderflower liqueur. Shake with ice and then pour in glass. Fill with more ice and top with lemonade.

Garnished with lemon and fresh mint.
