Tickets to Progressive Dinner: Gallatin Pike April 11

It was as much for the food as the experience of getting to a different part of town, said many of the guests of our first Edible + WeGo Progressive Dinner. Most of us have taken buses, trains, and subways while travelling abroad or on vacation, yet we barely know where the bus station is in our own town (that would be fourth and Charlotte). 

WeGo Public Transit (formerly MTA) is trying to change that. We teamed up with WeGo for a "progressive dinner" on the bus. On Thursday, October 4, 55 Edible readers met at the WeGo Central downtown at 4:30, and  boarded the bus for a moveable feast down Charlotte Pike. We stopped at AVO, Farm Burger, Miel, EiO & Hive, and M.L.Rose for food and drinks. Folks, young and old, from all walks of life, rubbed elbows with each other and regular bus riders for an interesting and tasty evening.
