- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 ounces tonic water
- 6 mint leaves
- 1/4 lime, sliced

- Crushed ice

- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 3 ounce Pellegrino Sparkling Water
- 2 tablespoons grapefruit zest
- 4 mint leaves

Add mint, lime, gin and sugar to shaker and muddle. Add cucumber slices to shaker and shake vigorously. Pour mixture over a proper copper cup filled with ice and top with tonic water. Stir, let set for a few minutes for the flavors to enhance.
