Tennessee Tea

Head Bartender at Henley, John Howard created this delicous (and boozy) twist on the South's iconic summer drink; iced tea. With a good splash of burbon, this recipe may easily become your go-to summer sipper.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces Coopers' Craft Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
  • .5 ounce Cherry Heering
  • .5 ounce Crème de Menthe (White)
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • 3 ounces iced tea

Instructions

1. In a tall glass, add Coopers' Craft bourbon, Crème de Menthe, Cherry Heering, and bitters. Add ice to the glass and top with iced tea. Stir gently and garnish with a cherry, an orange slice, and mint tops.
