Simple Roast Salmon Dinner

Ingredients

Salmon
  • 1 3-pound side of salmon, skinned or salmon filets
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning, or seasoning of your choice
caper dill sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, dried is okay too
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • lemon pepper seasoning to taste

Preparation

1.  Preheat oven to 400F. Line sheet pan with foil. Place salmon on foil and sprinkle with seasoning. 

2.  Roast 18-25 minutes. To add more color to your salmon, turn on your broiler for the last few minutes. Serve hot, room temperature, or cold with caper dill sauce. 

3.  To prepare caper dill sauce, combine all ingredients, stirring well.
