- 25 fresh okra pods
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Slice the okra into 1/2-inch slices and place on a jellyroll pan. Sprinkle evenly with the oil, salt and pepper. Roast 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
