- 6 cups fresh blackberries
- juice of 1 lemon
- 5 cups sugar
- pectin, 1 pack
Combine lemon and blackberries. Bring fruit to boil, crushing with a masher.
Add sugar and pectin and bring to a boil for a minute.
Remove from heat.
Fill jars with jam and proceed per canning instructions.
Yield: 6 cups
