Ile De France Special

"In the words of my brother, the Ile de France Special (pronounce eel-de-france) is unusual enough to impress cocktail geek guests, simple enough for the bubbly to shine, and strong enough to get over 2020. It's easy to make as-is, or you can skip the sugar and cognac and just add a bit of Yellow Chartreuse to champagne and call it a day." - Ann Walczak, Associate Editor
