3 Essential Sauces: to know and use regularly for fast, more flavorful meals, including Vinaigrette, Béchamel, and Simple Pan Sauce.

Enjoy a meal prepared by Chef Andrew Coins using the skills from your class with wine pairings and some straightforward wine selection skills.
