Headquarters Coffee: Big Things in Little Packages

This tiny sliver of a coffee shop is a real gem in Sylvan Park on Charlotte Avenue.

A cozy little nook on Charlotte Pike that is literally housed in a converted alley between buidings. Headquarters serves up coffee and espresso options for the West side, along with tasty treats that are from the prestigious Dozen Bakery in the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood.  They also have an excellent selection of foodie magazines (including Edible), and the local community.  "We're really committed to carrying only local vendors, because we believe that doing so creates jobs, revenue, and our neighbors' success." -Louisa Green, proprietor. To find it, drive slow when on Charlotte Pike, and look for thhe life-size Elivs on the sidewalk of the store next door.
