Yolan Presents: The Feast of the Seven Fishes
Chef Tony Mantuano and Cathy Mantuano invite you to experience an eight-course seafood extravaganza, paying homage to the bountiful coastline of Southern Italy and the New World tradition in celebration of Christmas Eve. From a decadent Spaghetti ai Ricci di Mare with Santa Barbara uni, caviar, and chive to the Aragosta e Aragosta with butter-poached lobster, lobster mushroom, beet, and leek, each dish features an exciting offering from the sea, before finishing with traditional holiday sweets.
